Proceeds from the concert and American Family Insurance Championship are donated to the Steve Stricker American Family Insurance Foundation. Since 2016, the Championship has raised nearly $14.8 million for charity.
All proceeds benefit the American Family Children's Hospital and local non-profit organizations that support strong families and healthy kids.

2022: Lady A
Three-time Country Music Association (CMA) Vocal Group of the Year and five-time Grammy award winners Lady A headlined the 2022 AmFam Championship Concert on Friday, June 10, 2022 at Breese Stevens Field. Lady A was joined by special guests Boyz II Men and Edwin McCain.
2021: Little Big Town
Multiple-award-winning supergroup and Nashville Walk of Fame inductees Little Big Town took the stage to perform hits from their 20-plus-year country music career on August 13, 2021 in the American Family Insurance Amphitheater, as part of a special community concert in partnership with Milwaukee World Festival, Inc.
2019: Toby Keith
Superstar singer, musician and songwriter Toby Keith brought his entertaining, energetic style of country music to a sold out crowd at Madison’s Breese Stevens Field on Friday, June 21, 2019. Keith was joined by daughter and country music singer Krystal Keith along with American rock band 38 Special.
2018: REO Speedwagon
REO Speedwagon, rocking and touring nonstop since the early 1970s, brought its string of gold and platinum hits to Madison’s Breese Stevens Field in 2018. Opening acts included Sara Evans, A Thousand Horses and a special performance from The General brand ambassador DJ Shaq.
2017: Darius Rucker
American Family Insurance Championship added a new community event in its second year to help raise additional funds for charity. Multi-platinum and Grammy-Award winning country artist Darius Rucker was joined by opening acts Corey Smith and The Ryan McGrath Band at Breese Stevens Field. Rucker also took part in the celebrity foursome with Andy North, Derek Jeter and Brett Favre to raise funds benefiting charitable organizations in the local community.
2016: Colbie Caillat
Grammy Award-winning, multi platinum-selling singer-songwriter Colbie Caillat joined singer-songwriter Gavin DeGraw at University Ridge Golf Course in 2016. The duo performed a private concert for players and select sponsors, setting the stage for larger public performances in 2017 and beyond.
