Born & raised in North Dakota, Kristi trained horses in AZ for 15 years before settling in Mandan in 2008. She is happily married with a wonderful son, Braeden. Kristi is active in the local community & serves with several organizations. She adores travel & is blessed to visit Mexico often, serving with a great non-profit, supporting home building and education for working families in need.

She is a happily married to a great guy, and proud mom of two exceptional sons. Kris has been working for Terry for more than two decades, and wouldn't change a thing. She strongly believes the future holds unlimited learning & service opportunities.

Niki is our newest staff addition; she started in January 2022. She is a single mom of two boys who keep life interesting and fun! Niki is happy to be part of the Terry J Kraft Agency, Inc Team - we have fun & work together well! As the new to insurance person, Niki feels it is great to have mentors in the field with tons of experience to draw from.
