Amber joined American Family in 2023. Not only is she knowledgeable about the products we sell, but she brings her personable, bubbly personality to all of her interactions with our valued customers. When she is not working, she spends a lot of time cheering on her son at the baseball fields as well as going on walks with her Rottweiler and Great Dane in which they actually take her on the walk.

Hailey joined American Family in January of 2024 but has been in the insurance industry for 3 years. While she is licensed in all lines, she is especially passionate when it comes to life insurance and enjoys educating on the importance of its coverage. While out of the office she loves to spend her time taking care of her son and spending time outside with her boyfriend and her 2 Goldendoodles.

In January of 2024, Jeremy joined American Family. Jeremy strives daily to meet the needs and wants of all of our customers. He is determined to help in any way he can to provide our customers with knowledge and great customer service. Outside of work, he is at the golf course every chance he gets! When not at the golf course, he can be found at the dog park with his wife, and fur baby.

Nicole has been with American Family since 2016. She is the Agency Manager in our local office. She strives for exceptional customer service and specializes in all lines of service. When she is not working, she enjoys quality time roller skating with her daughter, and watching movies with her husband and children.

Sami joined American Family in June of 2024. She has been in the insurance industry for about 2 years and enjoys helping discover the insurance needs of our customers. In her free time, Sami likes riding motorcycles and spending time with her baby boy.
